In an effort to reduce environmental impact we do not include paper invoices with online orders. Order confirmations and shipping confirmations received by email will effectively act as your purchase receipt. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure all information provided is accurate. Chelsea King Inc. is not responsible for miss-shipments due to inaccurate shipping information provided by the buyer.
Delivery times provided on your shipping confirmation and/or tracking info are estimates only and do not include the standard order processing of 3 - 5 business days. Delivery times are always estimated in business days, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Delivery times are not guaranteed - Once in the hands of the shipping service selected, arrival times are out of our control and effectively in the hands of the courier service selected on your order. We commit to doing everything we can to process and release orders in a timely manor but cannot be held responsible for circumstances that remain out of our control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, Courier / Postal delays, Border delays, incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer, Holidays, Acts of God, and Customs.
Where Do We Ship?
We currently ship from Canada to the following countries. Depending on the country you are in, shipping rates may vary.
United States - including APO/FPO addresses
Following order placement, you will receive an 'Order Confirmation' email. Order processing times are generally within three to five (3 - 5) business days of order placement. Please note that shipping times are estimates only and are calculated from the date your order has been processed and released by our fulfillment center. In the event of a processing delay caused by unexpected circumstances beyond our control, notification may not be provided as shipments will be processed as quickly as possible. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email letting you know its on its way.
Hair accessories purchased on our website, not including sale items can be returned within 30 days of the shipping date. Sale items are considered final sale. Scrunchies and hair accessories must be returned unwashed, unworn and in their original condition. Product condition is left to the discretion of Chelsea King Inc.. Once received and product is deemed free of any damage, a refund will be issued for product value only, to the original method of payment used to make your purchase. Refunds can take up to five (5) business days to show up following the date they are issued. Shipping charges, import fees and duties are ineligible for refund.
When you email to inquire about setting up a Return, please be sure to include the following: Order #, Item(s) your requesting to return, and Reason(s) for requesting a return.
Please note that we are not responsible for damages resulting from shipping, washing, or wear. Customers are responsible for any charges associated with shipping unless the reason for return is determined to be our error.
Hair accessories purchased from a retailer or other website must be returned to that seller directly.
For returns we recommend you use your own trackable and insured shipping method. Chelsea King Inc. is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. Please include a printed copy of your order confirmation with your items authorized for return.
Returns must be authorized before sending. Returns sent, without being pre-authorized and/or without explaination are subject to being 'Returned To Sender' at the customer's expense. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for processing. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed. Orders will be refunded in the currency and method of payment used at time of purchase. Currency will be converted at the exchange rate selected by your issuing bank at the time the refund is issued.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
How long will delivery take?
Canada Post Standard shipping within Canada. 'Standard' shipments with Canada Post essentailly travel as letter mail and are not offered with tracking. Canada Post timelines vary between 7 - 26 business days. While this service can be slow, it does allow the ability us to offer our Canadian shoppers a lower shipping rate.
Canada Post Tracked shipping within Canada. Arrival estimates are traditionally between 3 - 10 business days following order processing.
USPS First Class to the United States. Following the receipt of your order fulfillment (shipping) email, arrival times typically range between an estimated three to seven (3-7) business days. Tracking information will be updated to your order following its release to USPS.
FedEx Shipping. Traditionally within 3 business days in Canada and the United Staes following order processing. International shipping times will vary.
Ascendia. International shoppers selecting anything other than FedEx will default to Ascendia International Shipping. Ascendia quotes estimated travel times of up to 20+ business days.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International packages shipping to locations outside of Canada and the U.S. may be subject to customs, duties and taxes which are determined by the destination country, the shipment value and the contents of the shipment.
Customs, import duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchases. Please be aware that you may be required to pay applicable customs, duties and taxes before or upon delivery of your shipment.
What are 'shipping fees'
Shipping fees can consist of the total amount of shipping as well as other related fees associated to packaging, warehousing and fulfillment. Collectively 'Shipping and Handling', otherwise seen as 'S&H'.
Can I pickup locally?
We do not offer options for pick up for purchases made on our site. For purchase and pick up options in your area, please refer to our Stockist locator.
how do i track my order?
Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email confirming it has shipped. Tracking is provided on all orders shipped outside of Canada as well as orders those within Canada where the 'Tracked Parcel' shipping option was selected. Tracking is not provided on 'Standard' shipping options within Canada. If your order includes tracking a tracking number or link will be added to your order profile once it has shipped.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We package with care, and ship all products in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact Chelsea King Inc. Support so we can get you sorted. Email: email@example.com
Can I redirect my order?
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot redirect orders once they have been released to the courier.
Can i cancel or make a change to my order?
We start processing your order as quickly as possible to ensure it arrives to you in a timely manner. Due to this we may be unable to make changes or cancel your order once it is placed. In the event a cancellation or change request is necessary, please contact us by email immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
How do i initiate a return?

I've received a faulty or incorrect item
We package with care, and ship all products in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives in a damaged condition, or an incorrect item was shipped, please accept the delivery and contact Chelsea King Inc. Orders purchased using PayPal will only be eligibal for refund to your PayPal account.
other form for payment
All approved product refunds are issued back to the method of payment used to process the origianl order. This includes any and all credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Sezzle, etc.
Gift cards may not be refunded or redeemed for cash unless required by law. Returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as credit back onto the gift card used on the purchase.
